UK Government Call for Evidence on EEA & Non EEA Migrant Workers

Call for Evidence

The Government has commissioned the Migration Advisory Committee (MAC) to launch a Call for Evidence looking at how the UK labour market will be affected by Brexit and plans to restrict the ability of UK business to employ workers from the EEA.

Why is this important for my business?

The evidence collected by the MAC could have a significant impact on the Government’s post Brexit immigration plans to restrict the influx of EEA workers to the UK and their rights to stay in the UK.

This is your chance to let the Government know whether your business currently relies on EEA workers and whether your sector could be impacted if restrictive measures are brought into force.

What do I need to do and when?

Constantine Law has created an on-line survey which makes it easy for you to submit your businesses responses to the Call for Evidence.  We will collate the responses and submit them on your behalf.

The Call for Evidence closes on 27 October 2017, so please complete the survey as soon as possible.
