The advice we received was always well-thought through and pragmatic and we always knew we were in safe hands as we went through the process of acquiring a business and agreeing a number of senior executive appointments. We valued her input tremendously.”
GENERAL COUNSEL OF A
FINANCIAL SERVICES FIRM
“We worked with Lucy on constructing and delivering line manager training and revisions to our Staff Handbook which was well-received by all the managers in our business.”
SENIOR EXECUTIVE AT A GRAPHIC DESIGN COMPANY
“From the moment we engaged Lucy, she instilled the sense of security that is so important in order to gain the trust of a person who to a large extent has lost their sense of right and wrong. When we weren’t sure about the very blurry lines between banter and ridicule, between humour and shame Lucy made sure to point us right back to justice and honour and dignity, from the onset it wasn’t possible to doubt that what had been endured was unacceptable on every level and needed to be brought to justice.
Lucy’s passion for what she does shines through in every interaction and this drove us, it was easy to be guided by her because she wears her values on her sleeve and therefore if something doesn’t align she is quick to point it out.
Finally, we want to thank Lucy for doing all the above without losing her sense of humour and personable approach, I’m sure it’s a very fine line which she seems to have mastered.”
