Zahra qualified as a Solicitor in 2020, having trained at a national law firm based in the City of London. She joined Constantine Law in January 2021. Zahra is experienced in advising companies including financial institutions, charities, educational establishments, property management companies and hotels on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law.
Zahra believes in partnering with HR teams to ensure a smooth running of workplace practices, in turn, avoiding costly and potentially damaging Employment Tribunal claims.
Zahra also advises individuals including senior executives, employees and self-employed individuals on all aspects of employment law matters ranging from negotiating exit packages when relationships breakdown to Employment Tribunal claims.
Zahra enjoys taking part in the London Legal Walk to raise money for charity. Zahra also enjoys updating and posting regular employment law content on her LinkedIn account. Finally, when not working, Zahra enjoys strolling the lively streets of Brick Lane and going to watch West End theatre shows.
