Alex Finch acted for the CEO of a well-known US-based online brand moving to the UK and establishing a presence in London. This involved obtaining a UK Expansion Worker licence to allow relocation of the principal and their family. Also advising on all aspects of sponsor licence compliance in order to successfully convert to a Skilled Worker licence within 12 months and put the client on a pathway to settlement.
