Guiding employers through whistleblowing challenges

Constantine Law acted for an investment management firm in a highly complex whistleblowing case (interim relief application).


We defended claims for whistleblowing detriment, automatic unfair constructive dismissal, and ordinary unfair constructive dismissal brought by a former hedge fund analyst.


The case was particularly complex, involving disputes about privileged documents, a threatened High Court injunction to secure the return of documents unlawfully retained by the Defendant, and the unfortunate death of one of the management respondents.


We supported our client in defending a claim for interim relief and successfully negotiated a swift and favourable settlement for our client.
