Alan Lewis quoted in People Management on Post Office management culture

Alan Lewis was quoted in People Management’s article about what employers can learn from the Post Office’s toxic management culture and in particular the use of non-disclosure agreements.  Alan says: ‘confidentiality obligations are no longer enforceable in court if restrictions “prevent an individual from making a protected disclosure”, meaning the disclosure of alleged wrongdoing must be in the public interest.’
