Client: Teacher claiming disability discrimination

Our client, a former teacher at a prep school, was dismissed unfairly due to his disability.


Constantine Law assisted the client in bringing claims of unfair dismissal, section 15 disability discrimination, and failure to make reasonable adjustments against the prep school.


The tribunal found that our client’s dismissal was unfair and discriminatory on the grounds of his disability and awarded our client a total award of £168,441.30.
