Our immigration partner, Rebecca Tester writes in Construction Update about the changes to immigration rules which came into force on 22 July, and the impact this will have on the construction industry.


With the construction sector already adversely affected in recent years by spiralling material and energy costs, skills shortage and increased wage bills, Rebecca argues that tighter immigration rules could severely impact the industry's ability to recruit and meet the government's building targets.
